When it comes to food I eat almost EVERYTHING . . .

Except for red meat and poultry. Fish, eggs and cheese are all a part of my daily diet and for me that works for a healthy lifestyle. 

More vegetables please?

Well, I was never one to leave anything on my plate, but I can’t say I always asked for a second help of veggies!

Still, for the last five years my husband and I have consistently tried to be better at that. Won’t say we are “garden fresh perfect” but meal planning around vegetables is definitely taking center stage.

Now I am trying to combine my love for blogging and a better, healthy diet into one neat package. 

One of my favorite sayings is . . . There is no such thing as too small a step in the right direction . . .and that is my aim with this Vegetable blog - to take small steps to eating more Vegetables.
